As the youngest of four, I’ve always been a people pleaser. I wanted to make everyone else smile. When I started to show up online, I was so afraid of nasty comments and not getting any likes.

The first video that I did, I went and got my hair done and didn’t sleep the night before.

I was so nervous about how I looked, and I hated watching myself speak in my thick NY accent.

I had to let my ego go. I had to put my own fears aside and do it anyway to help people.

Like me, so many of my clients are waiting for permission to show up.

So what if my goal was just to show up and do it? And so I did.

Things started to change for me when I shifted my perspective, and I realized the benefit of being surrounded with aspirational people who helped me rise to the occasion. This is why I don’t just offer you the skills and techniques to show up consistently online; I offer you the mindset.
